Ningbo radio and television transmit center's Maoyangshan station is located in Maoyang mountain among Beilun district,three hundred meters elevation,It is one of the backbone transmit station belong to the Ningbo radio and television group,bear the Ningbo urban music FM radio channel 98.6 MHz,terrestrial digital TV and other missions.Station set up work style as "someone stay,no one to check-in,full automatic control" at the beginning of the station established.to achieve this goal,therefore,to build a set of fully functional,stable performing wireless transmitting station's automatic monitoring and control system is particularly critical.The content of project development for monitoring and control system is determined to realize three main modules of the monitoring system include FM radio transmitting system,machine room's power supply,and environmental parameters.The FM transmit system module is the top priority,which should be integrated with the entire signal state judgment and automatic switch,FM transmitting automatic operation and transmitter auto-replace under a single intervention,abnormal state of broadcast & control system's alarm and recording functions.At the same time,in order to further improve the reliability of system running and actively respond to local(urban station)and remote(Maoyanshan)unequal of technology ability and check-in power,solve broadcast break and disposal difficulty caused by the monitoring terminal server suddenly fail.We design innovatively the two terminal servers as local-remote & main-backup's mode.They run together but work competitively,and synchronously do real-time monitoring in local & remote both place stably on the basis of two optical cable routing.The system can effectively overcome the distance difference,make full use of local technical force and improve quick disposal ability.The system development is based on radio and broadcast technician's profound understanding and rich experience on "safe broadcasting ".It have adopted a number of innovative design,it's integration & intelligent degree is high,the safety is strong,and have good scalability,friendly interface,so can greatly improve the response ability when the signal system and radio transmit system be in emergency status,fully implement the " someone stay,no one to check-in,full automatic control " targets.
