Research On Planning Methods And Practice Of Provincial Backbone Transmission Network Of Expressway Communication

In order to build a reasonable structure,high performance,economic and easy to expand provical backbone transmission network of expressway communication under the background of Expressway Informationazition,this paper based on a full understanding of domestic and international technology development of transmmision system,combined with the demand for the backbone transmission network of expressway communication in Expressway Informationization Construction,put forward a set of principles and methods to guide planning of provincial backbone transmission network of expressway communication.This paper introduces the general demands of Expressway Informationizition on backbone transmission network of expressway communication,including communication node,transmission type,transmission direction,transmission bandwidth,backbone routing protection and network management requirements.Based on a comparative study on the principle and application of communication technology used in expressway communication,the technical trend is predicted to guide the technical system selection of expressway communication backbone network planning.This paper proposes the backbone network status analysis method,node principle,cable routing principle,technology selection system,bandwidth calculation method and bandwidth planning principle,route planning method,construction stage principles and a set of principles and methods for planning ideas and planning tools for the backbone network.The key research direction has two aspects: one is the calculation of Flow Method used to measuring the link bandwidth and significient node identification operations;the other is to construct the Value Engineering Method for protection route planning,from the initial link of the stability and cost of investigating the relationship between the varieties of the expected improvement,compare the cost for the backbone network routing selction,and get the rationality of quantitative analysis and qualitative decision making.This paper applies these planning principles and planning methods and completes a project case of planning of provincial backbone transmission network of expressway communication.
