With the rapid development of today's social communication services,the construction of communication networks also plays an important role in all walks of life,especially in the power system,the communication network plays an indispensable role.As the bearer network for power information collection and interaction,the importance and security of the power communication network are different from those of the general industry,which is directly related to the normal operation of the power distribution service.Therefore,the construction of the power transmission communication network needs to be more cautious and well-designed.This paper introduces the background of the power communication network and the status in China.In the construction of power communication network,ensuring the effective laying of the power transmission network of the power system is a key review project implemented by the State Grid Corporation Information and Communication Branch each year,which directly affects the national grid dispatching automation,infrastructure production,office systems and other services.safe operation.Based on the status quo of the communication network in Jincheng area,the network structure of the transmission network and the transmission network of the four cities are described.The backbone node of the 220 k V substation is set up to form a10 G ring network.The county companies and the key 110 k V substation are used as access nodes,and are connected to the 220 k V substation through the 2.5G rate link.The types of services in the power system are data communication network,Internet,marketing 95598,dispatching telephone,administrative telephone,video conferencing and other services.Compare the characteristics of channel protection and multiplex section protection.Since the power communication network is a private network,most of the services are 155 M and 2M services,and the transmission channel time slots are sufficient,so channel protection is selected as the most suitable protection mode.According to the corresponding documents of the State Grid,the requirements for the new transmission equipment to the equipment room environment are explained;according to the power consumption standards provided by the equipment manufacturers,the terminal requirements for the DC power supply system are given.Specific service allocation plans and time slot channel allocation arrangements have been developed.Based on the analysis of current situation and business needs analysis,this paper has developed a regional power transmission network solution with MSTP equipment as the networking equipment,and compiled the network operation mode,and gave the construction plan of the backbone network transmission network of the power system.It solves the problem of laying the provincial backbone transmission network of Jincheng Power System;it satisfies the different business needs in the private network,and provides a concrete and feasible implementation plan for the operation and maintenance of the system in the future.
