Electronic radiator is mainly used for the cooling of electronic components,the application is very extensive.For example,the electronic components of the circuit board cooling,highway signal lamp components heat dissipation,the construction of the mechanical system of the circuit components of heat dissipation,electric vehicle circuit cooling,energy saving lamp,etc..The traditional processing method of electronic radiator is made of aluminum alloy and copper alloy by manual cutting,drilling and tapping.In recent years,with the development of automation technology,the semi automatic equipment for processing some of the drilling and cutting or drilling and tapping,cutting efficiency increased,but according to different size of feeding size adjustment,accurate and efficient processing is still a problem.At present,the adjustment method of the semi-automatic equipment is still the manual adjustment of the cylinder type,but the adjustment process is complex,timeconsuming and laborious,and the precision is poor,so it is difficult to meet the actual production requirements.This project developed a fully automatic electronic radiator processing machine,the structure and the processing methods of innovation,not only to retain the advantages of the existing processing,and can solve the above key feeding,processing efficiency.Cutting feed mechanism is the key factor to determine the efficiency of the whole machine.In this paper,the design of transmission system of cutting feed mechanism of linear guide,ball screw and servo motor selection calculation;controlled by typical industrial control system PLC,touch screen,servo driving device,the cutting feed transmission part of the program design,examples show;finally a brief introduction on the machine assembly,debugging,application effect.
