This paper mainly studies the service marketing strategy of DaMei Information company.The DaMei Information company is a traditional media company in media industry of China and mainly involved in the field of solar photovoltaic industry.Since the establishment of the company,it has launched paper media advertising business,Internet advertising business,exhibition organization and advertising business.However,with the rapid development of the Internet economy and technological innovation,more and more customers has changed the traditional media advertising model,so it has a greater impact of DaMei Information company.This research is mainly done by the following parts: firstly,the research background and significance,research methods and contents,combing the research status and basic theory;secondly,in the analysis of the present situation of service marketing beauty information company,as well as the external macro environment,industry trends,fusion of old and new media marketing the environment,carried out SWOT analysis;again,based on market segmentation,market selection and market positioning,from the product,price,channel,promotion,personnel,physical evidence and process seven dimensions to develop service marketing strategy of beauty information company;finally from the adjustment of marketing mechanism,establish marketing information system.Safeguard measures for the service marketing strategy of DaMei information company.The main significance of this research is to carry out research on traditional media enterprise service marketing strategy,in line with the current media transformation of the industry concern,can also provide a reference for the marketing strategy of the development of China's Internet media company.
