The revolution of Information Technology in the contemporary has led the society into a new network economy epoch, especially the development and utilization of Internet. In such a epoch, the rule of market competition, the model of economic improvement and the model of social life will change seriously. With the emergence of network economy, a net market that is global, digital, crossing time and distance, increasing rapidly based on Internet begins to form.Information service cannot exist without this net market. And with the development of network, information service has changed its service measures from traditional service to modern service based on high science technology. The range and measures of information service is expanding without the limitation of time and distance, and the competition of information service enterprises is acute. So, with the motivation of net economy, information service needs to change it's manage ideas, introduce new ones to promote the development of its enterprises. Being a new way of marketing, Internet Marketing can provide- theory basis for information service to lay down effective marketing strategies. So, it is necessary to carry out Internet Marketing for information service making use of the characteristics of information service and Internet.The thesis combines various processes of Internet Marketing with information service by introducing the Internet Marketing theory into the information field, which intends to promote the development of information service enterprises. From the basic questions of information service and Internet Marketing, the author puts forward some strategies such as the marketing division strategy, the brand strategy, price strategy, channel strategy and sales promotion strategy.The dissertation consists of 5 parts, including 3,5000 words of mainbody, 6 pictures and 2 diagrams.
