The marketing activities of enterprises usually rely on various media platforms,from previous forums,BBS,etc.,to subsequent blogs,to today's WeChat and Weibo,and video websites.The social media platform is undertaken in the marketing activities of enterprises.The role of the role is becoming more and more important,bringing disruptive changes to the marketing of the company.The core of the change is the marketing from the past to the traditional media,which has evolved into a social media-centric marketing model.With the development of social media platform into the golden age,WeChat marketing is consistently optimistic about the company with its social function of strong relationship chain and huge user base.The marketing activities of the education and training industry have their own special features,such as long customer conversion cycle,clear and quantifiable teaching objectives,etc.These marketing features need to be implemented through online marketing and social media.As a representative enterprise in the education and training industry,H Company mainly used some traditional channels to carry out marketing work before 2012,and its marketing effect was also affected by various objective factors.Therefore,in order to break through the current marketing dilemma,H company must use new marketing methods to achieve change.Since 2012,H Company has been developing WeChat marketing,trying to use WeChat to create a marketing platform for enterprises.This article takes H company as an example to carry out research on H company's WeChat marketing strategy,using literature research method and case analysis method and interview method to make a detailed understanding and analysis of H company's WeChat marketing status,confirming that H company has marketing method at present.Single,ignoring user perspective,WeChat platform planning is not perfect,this paper also proposes targeted improvement suggestions for the related problems of H company's WeChat marketing strategy.Based on the concept and characteristics of WeChat marketing,combined with the actual situation of H company,this paper analyzes the marketing status of H companyand the marketing strategy of WeChat,and finally puts forward reasonable suggestions for the shortcomings of H company's WeChat marketing strategy,and makes a brief conclusion for this paper.
