Along with the Digital Network Technology and Ecommerce developed rapidly, the emergence of online bookstore, micro business and a series of new means of book sales, poses enormous threat to the bookshop.This study Based on the Z book sales company, analyzed by the Marketing Environment and Marketing Present Situation of Z Book Sales Co., Ltd., found problems of Marketing Present Situation and Marketing Management, using marketing strategies to make a targeted Marketing Strategy for the company’s development.Establish an Enterprise Brand Location of Fashion culture and leisure center, extend the industry chain of book product, operation of product towards pluralistic development. Using online and offline dual-channel supply chain, strengthen the management of online bookstore, physical bookstore provide one-stop service for their member units, strengthen Bookstore Chain Operation. To improve traditional promotions comprehensively, apply new media to promotions. As physical bookstore, particularly, to strengthen service marketing, enhance staff quality-building, build a good team, improve service environment, perfect service process focus on consumers, provide more convenient, high quality and efficient services. Only in this way we can get a foothold in fierce market competitions, and realize sustainable development of enterprise.
