One of the computer based data acquisition system,with the structure of inserting card,relies on the inserting slot provided by the computer,which limits its popularity of the application.Another computer based data acquisition system which locates outside of the computer with larger size,higher power comsumption and price.Embedded system based data acquisition systems can not meet all the requirement in the frequently changing demand applications due to its fixed structure of the micro-controllers.According to data acquisition system in the domestic and international research,this thesis discusses a data acquisition system based on Zynq-7000 built-in XADC.First of all,according to the different characteristics of each object,the principle of data acquisition system from the beginning of the design requirements to the final product design steps are analysed.Combining with the design steps of the analysis to meet the performance of data acquisition system based on Zynq-7000;this thesis introduces the characteristics of Zynq-7000 and XADC;and explores the features and requirements of the data acquisition system analog input.Then,the hardware uses the Zynq-7000 based Avnet(AVNET)Zedboard development plate +(Xilinx)AMS101 signal evaluation board.Digital analog signal processing functions are discussed,The former analog signal processing is transferred to the back-end digital processing to improve the accuracy of the system,simplify the design of the circuit,and increase the flexibility of the system.Thirdly,the thesis completes the corresponding user application,and the corresponding driver software design based on Linux framework.Which contains software: Xilinx AXI DMA,XADC DMA driver,engine driven user application and Labview graphical user interface.Another software architecture does not contain the operating system.And the AMS101 user interface GUI is introducedFinally,the data acquisition system of Zynq-7000 XADC based on the test data analysis shows that the digital analog filter,not only reduce the hardware design complexity and cost of system components,but also the cutoff frequency of the filter in the roll and the stopband attenuation has been significantly improved.The sensor linear IP only uses a small amount of FPGA resources without the need to introduce other analog circuit components,such as op amp,to achieve a higher accuracy linearity error.To sum up,the thesis present the main design and framework of the data acquisition system.The hardware and system software and user application are designed based on the application system demand.The value of the design is testified by the experiment.
