Sensor is regarded as an extension of the human senses, it is indispensable parts ofinformation collection, often at the forefront of information measurement system to achieveaccess to a variety of environmental load information. Because of the differentenvironmental parameters measured, other factors limiting the production process, resultingin more types of sensors, the output signal also has a variety of types. Kinds of digitalinterface is known as the aorta in the measuring system, realize kinds of digital signaltransmission.As requirements of measurement technology in all areas continue to increase, the typeof signal to be measured is more and more. In response to this demand, combined with theactual measurement requirements of certain ejection test, this paper presents the researchand design of many types of mixed-signal measurements to achieve collection, storage andanalysis of multi-type signals. The analog signals to be measured are charge type vibrationsignal, voltage type overload signal, voltage type pressure signal with a dc bias, platinumresistance temperature signal and the dc battery voltage signal; The digital signals to bemeasured are switching command signal, CML interface signal and the RS-422interface.In this paper, according to the function of measurement system can be divided intothree modules: signal acquisition, data storage, functional test. I mainly through theintroduction of the research and design of signal acquisition module to tell to the attentionof the different types of signal measurement points, ensure the accuracy and reliability ofthe measured results. The feasibility of this design is verified by putting the three modulestogether to test and analyze the data of the measurement system.
