Design And Implementation Of Dehong Educational Information System Based On ASP Mode

The Dehong State Board of education has an urgent need for the construction of information management system,but the Dehong State Board of education in the system of hardware and software investment,system construction,upgrade maintenance is difficult,according to the customer's situation,we put forward the education information system of Application Service Provider(ASP)mode construction in Dehong prefecture.ASP is a collection of various kinds of social resources,through the refinement and integration of various IT resources,to provide the overall solution,realize the effective allocation of social resources,reduce the cost of system development and deployment,and promote the level of social and economic development.The platform adopts ASP mode construction,can effectively reduce the Dehong State Board of education in the information system construction cost,and by Dehong Telecom to provide long-term continuous operation and maintenance,reduce the maintenance cost of customers.The system uses B/S architecture,the use of development technology for Struts2+WebWork+ Hibernate,the database is Oracle10 g.Contains 13 subsystems: portal group,school management and education management,OA office management,instant messaging(IM),e-mail,entrance examination query,home school interaction,distance education,resource center,audio-visual management,rights management.The system successfully put into operation,and effectively promote the construction of the Dehong education information system,and achieved good results in the Dehong Education Bureau and Dehong Telecom win-win,and greatly accelerate the process of informatization of education for the state of Dehong.
