Along with the rapid development of modern science and technology,degree of social information increase greatly,modern information technology is also penetrated into all areas of daily life,educational resources management system widely used is precisely a good example.Educational resources construction is a prerequisite for achieving educational information technology,education resource management platform based network environment provide a full range of application services for teachers and students,and could achieve a real sharing of educational resources.The thesis research technology and application methods at home and abroad for developing resources management system,and analyze resource management system requirements according to actual network construction in Horqin Art College.By introducing network programming technology and modern multimedia technology.system design and detailed design is achieved.This paper also introduces the standard network education technology which includes integrated multimedia resources,Data and metadata description,Educational Resources Information Standards.According to education resources management daily needs for Horqin Art College,paper builds a system mode through object-oriented software engineering ideas,design system architecture and database.Secondary education resource management system developed in this paper is achieved based on Browser/Server architecture,Using Visual Studio 2005,SQL Server 2005 as a system development tool.The system mainly possesses resource directory tree browsing,user management,resource classification statistics,and resource retrieval,browsing and downloading resources functions.The educational resource management system provides a relatively comprehensive resource sharing platform for teachers and students in Horqin Art College,and system improved efficiency and enhance the quality of teaching.At last,performance test for software programs is completed.Test results show that the system average response time is less than 0.5 seconds where 200 users is accessing,and system basically meet the needs of practical work.
