| With the rapid development of science and technology,machine vision technology increasingly relevant to our lives,video acquisition and processing as one of the key technologies of machine vision,has been actively developed.In the actual application environment,the requirement for video resolution,processing performance and system real-time is getting higher and higher,video capture and processing technology is moving in high-definition,high performance and high real-time direction.The Zynq-7000 processor has hardware and software programmable features,which integrates high-performance ARM processors and high-capacity FPGAs into one chip.Using hardware and software co-design method to design the system can shorten the development cycle and enhance the development efficiency greatly.According to the characteristics of various parts of the system,a reasonable division of hardware and software functions,will access to high-performance low-cost solution.The work to build system includes hardware design on PL and software design on PS.During the hardware design on PL,CMOS sensor control interface IP core will be first developed,combines with Xilinx image processing IP core to build high-definition video capture preprocessing channel.Then,Vivado HLS development tool will be used to design the hardware acceleration channel of the video algorithm,and provide a reference scheme for other machine vision algorithms.Finally,open source HDMI display IP core will be transplanted into display channel to show results.During designing software on PS,Using board-level support package will help to develop applications quickly.Considering the practicality,this application will be ported into embedded Linux operating system environment.In order to optimize the video performance,the key parameters of the image sensor will be configured reasonably,and the color correction module is added to improve the visual effect at last.Test shows that the high-definition video capture and processing system based on the Zynq-7000 has met the design requirements.The system completes high-definition video capture,processing,data cache and drive the HDMI monitor to display the results. |
