With the continuous progress and rapid development of power,it plays an irreplaceable role in social production,life and national economic development.However,there is an uncoordinated problem in the distribution of power resources and power load concentration area.So we need to transport power to the load center through the transmission line.To achieve cross-regional transmission of power in the power transmission process need a variety of equipment.The safe operation of these devices is closely related to the smooth operation of the grid.It is particularly important to protect and monitor the operating status of electric power distribution equipment When facing with the requirements of the power quality is getting higher and higher.After analyzing the needs of the project,this paper is devoted to the design a set of a large flow high-speed data transmission and security protection system for most types of power distribution monitoring systems.The system can transmission the parameters which is monitoring the equipment operating to the control center in time,The system is able to transfer the monitored equipment operating parameters to the control center in time,So that the it can timely carry on the equipment fault diagnosis and power scheduling.While facing with malicious attacks,it can effectively resist the attack and protect the information in transmission process.The paper is mainly around two aspects.The first is large flow data high-speed transmission,The amount of data that needs to be transmitted is very large.RTU terminal of communication circuit is designed.Selected the distributed communication protocol DNP which can meet some of the requirements and have the possibility of improvement after the comprehensive analysis.Designed the data block request to confirm model which can ensure high speed data transmission and the operating mode of the data security transmission to ensure reliability data security transmission in the extended and improved area reserved by the protocol according to the needs.Then the secure communication,analyzed the threats such as counterfeit equipment,unauthorized operation,data theft,replay attacks,data tampering and forgery attacks may be faced When the power system information is transmitting,designed a verification service system for the operator verify and the equipment access,designed an operator rights management system to prevents operators and equipment from being overridden,designed a module for generation and management of encryption key,designed the data encryption and signature system form multiple protective measures to prevent device operation information and control commands from being stolen and tampered.Finally,we tested the individual modules of the design and system integration to verify the reliability and security of the equipment used in actual production applications.
