“Media Integration” was promoted as a national strategy in 2014,intended to integrate new media resources for promoting the integration development of traditional media and new media.Then,“Internet +” was listed in the government working report in 2015,taking the Internet thinking as a guiding concept in fomal way.As a representative,some Media group giants embraced the internet fervently in order to conform to the development requirements of the times and the thrust from policy with continuous reform measures.Taking “User-centric,Opening and Sharing” as a logic in this process,building the “Platisher” with the feature like interconnection and can automatically gather users to achieve the coordinated sharing of social resources,was the operating space to Media Integration,also the only choice to conform to the said “Internet gene”and transformation of the development.But the building of platishers were subjected to its hysteresis mechanical organizational structure,which leads to the exclusion between the internal organizational basis and the external operation Mechanism.Therefore,theurgent implementation of organizational integration change was the structural support to Platisher strategy.This article was based on the theroy of Organization Change from Organizational Management and combined with the Media management knowledge,taking the challenge which traditional media encountered under the Web 2.0 as a starting point,and contrast with the successful internet organization form,then analyzed the traditional media's organizational integration change,on the basis of this to discuss the changing motiveon and resistance.Choosing Zhe Jiang Daily Press Group as a case in this article,inducted and sublimated her outstanding experience about the organizational integration change and the using of internet thinking from hub typing leaping Development.After that,making a suggestion just like,taking “The value of the user” as a guiding concept,the revoluted measures focus on organizational structure and group culture,constructed assumption about a mixed organizational model that can satisfy both of the particularity of the media and Platisher.Including the management philosophy of knowledge talents and the organizational structure not only flattened but also vertical,dynamically innovativegroup culture and the learning type of staffing and incentive system was the same.In this environment which the “Internet +” has strengthening the concept of transformation and the Platisher has becoming a strategy,hoping for made some suggestions on development and innovation about organizational integration for our media.
