The traditional system of radio and television in the integration of the development of many aspects of the layout,but for a long time the internal inertia of the mechanism is difficult to break,the actual face of many problems.Based on the case study of the construction practice of the Zhejiang radio and radio media platform,this paper explores the openness and market strength of the platform through the author's experience in Zhejiang and Guangzhou television and the depth interviews of the ten radio and television groups in the direction of the media,the path designers and the participants.The relationship with the administrative discourse system,the problem of talent problem and the reform of personnel system and so on,and put forward their own opinions and possible solutions,trying to provide empirical reference materials and thinking for the development of traditional Chinese Radio and television media.This paper is divided into six parts.The first part is the introduction,which introduces the research background,research issues and investigation methods,and explains the two concepts of "melt media" and "radio and television media".The second part is the analysis of two cases.Taking Jiangsu radio and TV and Shanghai radio and television as a case,this paper makes a basic study on the general situation of the development of the financial media of the National Radio and television group,and the historical context of the development of this field.The third part is based on the author's observation and practice,two Zhejiang radio and television in recent years in the media convergence of the highlights of the performance,comprehensive analysis of the Zhejiang radio and television dare to be the first advantage.The fourth part is the main body of this report,that is,the author makes a conclusion through field survey and in-depth interviews with the ten path managers of the radio and television group,and explores the difficulties and causes of the traditional media financial practice.The fifth part is about the traditional media with the help of destructive NEW theoretical tools.The fifth part of the implementation of the fusion media development puts forward the targeted path recommendations;the sixth part is the summary of the whole paper.
