With the frequent occurrence of incidents concerning the quality and safety of pork,how to control the quality of pork and provide people with trustworthy pork products has become increasingly important.A quality and safety traceability system based on the whole process of pig breeding must be established to implement this objective.The traditional tracing pattern manifests certain questions,such as outdated means of information acquisition,excessively easy trace of information and differences in the connection among the various links.Because of these questions,its practicability still needs further improvement.There are four critical factors that influence the quality and output of pork: pig breed,breeding,environment and epidemic disease.Pig breed refers to the variety and genetic information of pig itself;breeding refers to the influence of fodder on pigs;environment refers to the influence of the various environmental factors on pigs inside the pigsty;epidemic disease refers to diseases that pigs suffer from during the process of breeding and the influence on the pigs.With the development of IOT technology,the integrated application of radio frequency identification technology,transducer technology,wireless transmission technology,automatic control technology and Internet technology is urgently needed to trace the above-mentioned four critical factors.Thus,the quality and safety traceability system on pig breeding can become more enriched and intelligent.Through the on-site survey on the pig-breeding base of KANGYUAN Food Co.,Ltd.,the demand of this system is analyzed.In comparison with the traditional traceability system,this system is not restricted to the static-state trace of the basic information,such as the variety,pigsty and medical inspection of pigs.More importantly,this system is expected to implement dynamic trace of changeable information,such as environmental parameter of the pigsty,temperature,food-intake and vitality of pigs.It is also indicated that the system needs to be equipped with the following three categories of function:(1)semi-automatic or complete automatic acquisition and feedback of various pieces of breeding-regarding data;(2)establishment of individual pig records with complete information;(3)processing of breeding data,for example,automatic generation of breeding statement.Thus,the predicted functions of this system are ultimately confirmed.The main functions include pig management,pigsty environment management,long-distance real-time monitoring,RFID tag and reader management,etc.The overall architecture of the whole traceability system,as well as the hardware of radio frequency identification module,transducer module,transmission module,video module and control module are designed.The research is focused on two important questions that exist in the quality and safety traceability system of pig breeding.(1)The code design of traceability.Through the analysis of four design principles,namely,uniqueness,simplicity,expandability and security,a set of code that's applicable to the trace of pig breeding is designed.In comparison with the traditional code,this code includes two inalterable pieces of basic information,namely,the variety of pigs and the number of pigsty.More information of pig traceability can be acquired without specifically inquiring the dynamic information of pigs.(2)The automatic control of temperature and humidity in the pigsty.A fuzzy neural network algorithm that's equipped with adjustment factors is proposed,hoping that the control system can respond to any emergent changes in the environment of the pigsty more accurately and promptly.Temperature and humidity,which are two indexes that exert the greatest influence on the quality of pig breeding,are selected as the input variables.Furthermore,spray thrower,skylight,roller shutter,exhaust fan,air blower and heater are adopted as an executing agency.Through the design of the fuzzy controller and fuzzy neural network,the environment of the pigsty is controlled and improved.It is suggested by the result of experiments that this control method can adjust temperature and humidity within a short period of time,the error is within the permissible range and there's barely any excessive adjustment.Therefore,repeatedly turning on and off the switch of the executing agency can be effectively avoided,the service life is prolonged and the electric energy is conserved,which indirectly enhances the earnings of pig breeding.In the end,software development of the whole traceability system of the quality of pig breeding is conducted in this paper.Under Windows7 system platform and java language development,C/S architecture is adopted in the software design,which contains the above three categories of function.The design mainly includes software architecture,software function and database.The main functions of the software include five modules,namely,the management of pig wisdom,the management of pigsty environment,real-time wisdom monitoring,refined breeding service and comprehensive wisdom management.It implements information traceability of the four critical factors that influence the quality of pigs and effectively enhances the quality of pig breeding and the economic benefit of enterprises that are specialized in pig breeding.
