Design And Implementation Of Whole Eggs Food Industry Chain Traceability System

Food safety is a major livelihood issues. The incident of domestic food safety occurred frequently in recent years. The state and society has pay great attention to food safety and are pressing for speeding up a solution for existence prominent question in the field of food safety because of a series of startling food safety problem. With the rapid development of networking technology and computer technology, sound food safety tracing system is able to track, monitor and analyze to every sector of food production, processing, circulation. It plays a vital role in ensuring food quality and safety. However, eggs food safety is an important part of food safety. The research of eggs food safety tracing system has just started and the case of practice is very seldom in our country. Based on this background, research and development of eggs food safety tracing system for the whole industry chain based on networking technology has very important significance.Based on the National Project of Internet of Things, this article is in the background of the rapid development of today’s social networking technology and increasingly important of food security. We research and summarize the status of the existing food safety traceability system, and analyze the advantages and disadvantages of existing food safety traceability system. On this basis, for egg products, in order to make full use of computer technology, network communication technology and networking technology, We propose for large eggs food production business characteristics for the whole industry chain eggs food traceability system, to improve the quality and safety of eggs food production, stock, distribution and sale, to meet the traceability demand of consumer.On the basis of safe eggs production management system and eggs storage and logistics systems, we will build Cloud traceability platform for eggs. Then, we will introduce the functional architectures of Cloud traceability platform for eggs and the method of design for each layers and the key technologies. Aiming at the application layer of Cloud traceability platform for eggs, we finish the design and development of user-oriented Android smartphone software. For the main software module, we will give the detailed method of design and key sound code. We will combine the Cloud traceability platform for eggs with the smartphone software in application layer in order to build the traceability systems for eggs industry chain. We will implement the sophisticated management for eggs from the source to the market, record the information of each batch of eggs in the production, processing, logistics and market, and give the identification in order to achieve the safety traceability from the farm to the table.
