Since the concept of media has been proposed since 2003,it has brought information to a new age.Can be targeted for competitive bodybuilding in the media,under the trend of provides the theory basis for better development,help to improve people's aesthetic ability to the human body in our country,strengthen the general public in our country to the attention of competitive bodybuilding,participation,and promote the competitive bodybuilding this project down the "altar",become one of the sport of the people's happy.In order to realize the long-term goal of national fitness,it can also help to provide a larger public base for the competitive bodybuilding program in China.This paper USES literature,comparative analysis,questionnaire investigation,interview method,mathematical statistics methods,such as the development of competitive bodybuilding,athletic bodybuilders and fitness WeChat from media were investigated,such as discusses the media's influence on the popularization of China's competitive bodybuilding.Through investigation and study,the following conclusions: first,through the media platform contact bodybuilding crowd than by other means of bodybuilding ratio increased,the way of media communication has become the people contact bodybuilding main choice.Second,through the media platform of bodybuilding contact,not PE class trained by other ways to contact bodybuilding compared to the population of the population proportion increase amplitude is larger,the non-sports specialized background of media communication way to bring more people to participate in the bodybuilding.Third,through the media platform of bodybuilding in the crowd,the people are engaged in professional sports career than through other ways to contact the crowd of bodybuilding ratio increased,since the media way makes more people from all walks of life to participate in the bodybuilding.Fourth,through the media platform contact bodybuilding,distribution of ages did not contact the crowd of bodybuilding rich in other ways,the way the media has certain drawbacks.Fifth,in We Chat public number of sports,fitness sports public number in the audience's acceptance,were on the list at the top,the audience's approval ratings of its content is higher,since the media way to make people have more knowledge of competitive bodybuilding and understanding.The role of media communication in the popularization and promotion of competitive fitness is not to be underestimated.
