The combat electromagnetic environment of shipborne short-range defense radar is very complex,and the radar is interfered with many kinds of electromagnetic waves.Evaluating the radar anti-jamming effectiveness in wartime reasonably and accurately is directly related to the success of the terminal defense platform.The establishment of a scientific radar anti-jamming index system is the basis of radar anti-jamming performance evaluation.At present,there are many researches on radar anti-jamming index system.Due to the limitation of the test scenario,the test batch and the test cost and so on,the majority of the research is still in the theoretical stage,the reference value of actual combat is very small.In this thesis,based on the combination of existing experimental conditions and semi experimental platform,using the existing practical engineering experience,I have studied on the typical shipborne short-range defense radar confrontation mathematical model and put forward complete and scientific anti-jamming index system as far as possible.The index system is simplified by using fuzzy-rough sets algorithm.And then,the new index tended to be applied to the anti-jamming effectiveness evaluation of short-range defense radar in searching and tracking condition.The main tasks are described as follow:1.The performance requirements of shipborne radar are briefly introduced.Based on the analysis of the existing radar jamming technology,this paper studies the new anti-jamming technology and new methods.And take the United States and Europe for example,analysing of the current situation and development trend of foreign mainstream short-range defense system.The importance and necessity of this research topic are clarified.2.Based on the analysis of radar ECM.The typical way of Shipborne short-range defense against radar,the jamming pattern and the anti-jamming measures adopted by radar are analyzed.The radar countermeasure matrix is proposed and the corresponding relation in the matrix is determined.3.This thesis summarizes and puts forward the indexes of radar active jamming technology and passive jamming technology and the single indexes of radar anti-jamming technology.The complete set of radar anti-jamming index system is established.4.Based on the typical confrontation models of the search radar and tracking radar,the anti-jamming index system is presented.The index system is simplified by using fuzzy-rough sets algorithm.And then,the anti-jamming effectiveness is evaluated.The effectiveness of the search radar and the tracking radar is evaluated by using the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process.
