The principal task of the electronic countermeasure range is to test the performanceof radar in jamming environment,so. the study of evaluation criterion andimplementation of jam and antijam effects experiment does not only has relation withthe construction of facilities and electronic devices of the electronic countermeasurerange,but also influence the arrangement and the determine the experiment method.The aim of this paper is to discuss the evaluation criterion of the variation of radardetection probability., false alarm probability and other tracking parameters in jammingenvironment.And bring forth the idea that the ultimate jamming effectiveness criterionas the polestar to implement the blue prints of the collectiveness and all the segments inthe evaluation system as well.On the bases of this guideline ,the designer accomplished all the hardwares and thecorresponding control programme of inner processor,along with the the system controlsofiware of a workable sampling and estimating system ofjamming effects on radar.
