Radar ECM is a dynamics game processes between radar and jammer.As an important measurement to both two confrontation sides,jamming effect is used to describe descent degree of performance of the radar system when encountering jamming.In general,the radar jamming effect is under the influence of radar system,jammer,and nearby electromagnetic environment.In tradition,the existing methods,which are relatively mature,to measure the jamming effect usually take the perspective of radar,through analyzing the change of some performance parameters,e.g.,detection probability,maximum detection range,signal processing time of radar when encountering jamming.However,in the real war environment,the performance parameters are hard to be obtained by the jammer as a non-cooperator of the radar.Hence,the traditional methods to measure the jamming effect are out of work.Therefore,how to evaluate the jamming effect on jammed targets is a pressing issue.To adapt to the real war situation,a method of the effectiveness evaluation of radar jamming which is from the perspective of jammer side is proposed in this dissertation.Firstly,taking cognitive electronic countermeasure system as the platform to evaluate the jamming effect on radar,the radar jamming technology and radar anti-jamming technology are introduced in the dissertation,which providing the theoretical foundation of the relationship between establishment of the interference factor,anti-jamming measure and radar behavior parameters in the following section.Based on the comparative result between traditional jamming-effect-evaluating methods and existing ones from perspective of jammer side,a more thorough jamming-effect-evaluating approach is proposed.The effectiveness pre-evaluation of radar jamming which is based on the match degree of jamming factors and the effectiveness main-evaluation of radar jamming which is based on the change of the radar behavior parameters is contained in the approach.Based on the evaluation scheme,an online jamming-effect-evaluating algorithm on jammer side is designed.Firstly,the weighted algorithm and multi-criteria decision algorithm applied in evaluation scheme are studied in mathematical sense.The Technique for Order of Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution(TOPSIS)and the objective weighting method which is including the analytic hierarchy process and entropy weight method is contained.Secondly,the jamming factors influencing jamming resources are analyzed,and the index set of jamming factors are built.After giving the benefit function for each index,the effectiveness of each benefit function is verified by simulation.Then the mapping relation between the behavior of radar when encountered jamming and detection parameters are analyzed,and the index set of behavior parameters are built.Finally,we instantiate kinds of jamming patterns and some radar detection parameters in different situations,and based on the effectiveness evaluation of radar jamming flow on jammer side,the jamming effect is verified.The simulation result show that this method can give the quantitative jamming effect in different situations,which effectively solve the challenges in evaluating the jamming effecting on jammer side in real war environments.
