Study On The Influencing Factors Of Continuance Intention Of University Library WeChat Users Based On The ECM-IT

With the advent of the mobile Internet,a variety of software applications emerge,WeChat as instant messaging software,will be widely used by users once launched,becoming one of the most influential applications.Based on this,Tencent launched the WeChat public platform,the rapid development momentum in the organization and individuals makes it to become one of the hottest means of marketing and services.In this situation,the university library has opened the WeChat public number,but the use of WeChat is not optimistic,to a certain extent,caused the waste of resources.Therefore,it is necessary to explore the influence factors of library users' continuance intention in order to provide some constructive suggestions to help the library to carry out the WeChat service in the library of WeChat.This paper uses a combination of theoretical and empirical,based on the mature theory model of the sustainable use of information system–IT Expectation Confirmation model(ECM-IT),combined with the information system success model,the introduction of network externalities,perceived social variables,then puts forward the model of WeChat users' continuance intention in the seven dimensions of information quality,system quality,service quality,network externality,perceived sociality,satisfaction and perceived usefulness.Then according to the characteristics of University Library WeChat platform,information quality detailed comprehensive,timeliness,availability of three dimensions;The quality of the system is divided into two dimensions: reliability and ease of use,and the service quality is divided into three dimensions: empathy,interactivity and immediacy.By referring to the existing theoretical basis,this paper puts forward the hypothesis of this study,and carries out an empirical study on College students.Before the formal investigation,a small range of pre-test,according to the results to modify questionnaire,and then use the questionnaire to collect large-scale data.After obtain valid data,first to analysis the descriptive statistical,reliability and validity of data using SPSS17.0 software,then the model fitting test using AMOS21.0 software,through the analysis of experimental results for model updating,finally obtained the factors affecting university users continue to use library WeChat.Finally,according to the results of empirical analysis,combined with the current situation of the development of Library WeChat,the paper puts forward relevant recommendations from the information quality,system quality,service quality,the promotion of public numbers and enhance the social experience.This study not only expands the theory research on Library User Behavior on WeChat field,at the same time,it also has a certain guiding significance on WeChat library service.
