In the enterprise,the increasingly uncertain market environment and rapidly updated products and services make the work tasks more and more complicated,which requires the employees to cooperate continuously with each other,coordinate closely and achieve the organizational goals together.The help-seeking behavior is accompanied by the cooperation among employees,which is crucial for the enterprise and its employees.Nowadays,many modern enterprises have introduced WeChat or other social media as a tool for employees to work and communicate with each other.The help-seeking behavior gradually transfers from face-to-face to WeChat or other social media in enterprises.Therefore,the synchronization of media affects the help-seeking behavior in social media.This paper will use the theory of planned behavior as the framework to study the formation mechanism of the organizational employees' help-seeking behavior in WeChat.First,in the literature review,this paper reviews and summarizes social media,help-seeking behavior and the theory of planned behavior in a number of existing studies.Second,this paper built a research model based on the model of the theory of planned behavior with WeChat as example.Meanwhile,this paper introduces WeChat Synchronicity variable to test the influence of synchronization on help-seeking behavior in social media and gives the assumptions of relationships between the research variables and research hypotheses.Third,basing on other mature questionnaire scale,this paper develops the high-quality measurement items and questionnaires after testing and modified through prediction-test.Then this paper issued questionnaires to employees in multiple enterprises.Finally,this paper uses SPSS 25.0 and AMOS 25.0 to analysis received 246 valid questionnaires.The results show that :(1)The attitude,subjective norms and perceived behavior control all have positive effects on the help-seeking behavior and behavior intention;(2)The help-seeking behavior intention plays mediating roles between the attitude and help-seeking behavior,between subjective norms and help-seeking behavior,between perceived behavioral control and help-seeking behavior;(3)WeChat Synchronicity plays a positive moderating role between help-seeking behavior intention and help-seeking behavior.The above conclusions illustrate the influence factors of help-seeking behavior in social media,and provide management advice for enterprise managers in order to help them make decisions to promote help-seeking behavior within the organizations,form a good organizational atmosphere for active cooperation and mutual assistance,lead to improve the working performance and achieved organizational goals eventually.
