Research On The Influencing Factors Of Users' Continuance Behavior Of Patent Information System

This study is to explore the influencing factors and interrelationships of users'continuous use of patent information system behavior,and to build a model of the influencing factors of users' continuous use of patent information system behavior.Users in the chemical industry are most frequently applied to patents,and users continue to use patent information systems for patent development and utilization.Behavioral research is the key to users' continuous use of patents.Influencing factors research is also an important part of behavioral research.In this research background,this study studies the influencing factors of the continuous use behavior of patent information data systems through the research community users in the chemical industry.In view of the lack of user experience influencing factors in the current domestic and international mainstream research results,the lack of patent information system usage behavior is insufficient.This research can fill the short-term research on the continuous use of users under the framework of the use of patent information systems at home and abroad.The board,on the other hand,can also provide a valuable theoretical basis for operators of patent information systems to launch products and services that meet the individual needs of users.This study takes the use of patent information system and its users'behavior characteristics as the starting point of research.Based on the theoretical system of comprehensive technology accepting diffusion theory,customary cognitive model and expectation psychological expectation(expectation confirmation),this paper tentatively expands the information.The system continues to use the application scope of the model.At the same time,this study finally constructs the structural equation model used by users of patent information systems.The independent variables are composed of perceived usefulness,perceived ease of use,perceived risk,social impact,and conversion cost.The intermediate variables adopt user satisfaction and persistence.The intention is to use the dependent variable as the user's continuous use behavior,and the adjustment variable is used by the habit to express the relationship between the continuous use intention and the behavior.Data were collected by Wenjuanxing,and data were analyzed using SPSS 24.0 and AMOS 24.0.Through quantitative empirical research,this study draws the following conclusions:The user experience satisfaction of patent information systems is affected by the positive effects of perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use,as well as the negative effects of perceived risks,and the most obvious effects.It is perceived ease of use;in addition,the positive effect of satisfaction has a significant positive impact on the willingness of users of patent information systems to continue to use,while the positive impact of social impact and conversion costs is second to satisfaction;negative impact It is reflected in the habitual adjustment effect of continuous use intention and use behavior.
