In the field of marine engineering,wave making machine is an important wave simulation equipment for physical model test.The wave-making machine can realize the simulation wave needed by various model tests and create a real marine environment as much as possible within a limited area.There is a major problem with the wave generated by the wave machine.The target waveform produced by the wave machine generates a reflected wave after encountering the surface of the wave plate and the structure,the reflected wave and the wave plate meet again then generate the second reflected wave.The secondary reflection wave seriously affects the efficiency and accuracy of the physical model test.The active absorption wave machine can effectively reduce the influence of the secondary reflection wave on the physical model test,improve the test efficiency.In this paper,we first analyze the wave-making principle of the push-plate type water tank making machine,deduce its wave-making control equation,give its velocity solution under the boundary condition,Then,based on the real-time wave height feedback of the board,the active wave and the irregular wave are studied.The active absorption control equation of the wave machine is deduced.Based on the VS2008 development environment,the main interface of the host computer control program and the core function module of the network control for data communication are programmed.The host computer program is mainly responsible for sending the wave control command and the wave data.Based on the Proprog ? development environment,the lower machine motion control program is realized.The lower computer program is responsible for receiving the control commands and wave data of the host computer,and carries out the actual wave motion control.The host computer communication program is realized by the socket function.The host computer communicates with the lower computer as the TCP communication client,and the control instruction and the wave data are transmitted by different TCP ports respectively.The lower computer is used as the service terminal of TCP communication Data transceiver.In this paper,the active wave absorption algorithm is realized in the lower machine motion control program.By comparing the board front wave high signal into the time series in the PLC,compared with the target wave height signal,the compensation algorithm is corrected by the absorption algorithm.Motion control signal.The wave-making data interpolation design of the wave-making machine ensures the stability and fastness of the data communication between the host computer and the lower computer.In this paper,a wave-making algorithm is designed to solve the problem that the wave-making machine starts and stops the noise and the vibration of the structure.In this paper,an active absorber-based wave-making machine based on the unpaid system is constructed in the laboratory.The active absorption effect of the regular wave and irregular wave of the wave-making machine is carried out.This paper designed the wave machine has a good active absorption effect,to enhance the physical model test accuracy,to extend the test time.
