As "the 13 th five-year plan" is submitted,the development of the cultural industry is more and more occupies a pivotal position.The publishing enterprise is an indispensable part of the cultural industry and becomes an important part of the national economy.It has made rapid progress in recent years.At the same time,the advance of publishing enterprise also led to the development of related industries because publishing enterprise is the main body of the market economy.However,in order to advance by leaps and bounds,the publishing enterprise needs to take the initiative to undertake social responsibility.The current researches on the social responsibility show that the Chinese publishing enterprise is still at the embryonic stage of build the evaluation system of the social responsibility.The external evaluation mechanism of corporate social responsibility establishment is an important factor to promote the development of corporate social responsibility.Establish and perfect the social responsibility of the publishing enterprise evaluation system can guide and supervise the publishing enterprise to fulfill their social responsibility.This paper is based on using the stakeholder theory to discussing the establishment of a set of feasible Corporate Social Responsibility Evaluation system.Firstly,the paper collects and summarizes many relevant literatures on corporate social responsibility at home and aboard.Based on relevant literatures,the paper puts forward the relevant concept of publication of corporate social responsibility,and introduces the current situation of the development process of China's publishing industry and its social responsibility evaluation.Secondly,combined with China's national policy and the particularity of publishing enterprises,this paper establishes the evaluation index system o f corporate social responsibility from the perspective of stakeholders.Again,this paper uses AHP to determine the weight of evaluation index,combined with the weight results of a questionnaire survey of experts,micro adjustment of the data,keep the data consistency,and ultimately determine between evaluation index and the relationship between each factor and weight ratio.Subsequently,this paper introduces the application of the index system,which is,using the method of questionnaire survey and data integration to score the qualitative indicators,utilizing the function method to standardize the data for all data processing.Finally,in order to verify the scientifically and rationality of the evaluation system,this paper evaluates the social responsibility of Chinese media in 2011-2015.The research results of this paper not only make a supplement to the evaluation of the social responsibility of publishing enterprises,but also expand the research perspective of publishing enterprises,which have some practical significance to the evaluation system of social responsibility.
