Enterprise wage management system is an management system that used for enterprise to manage the different wages of employee.Compared to enterprise wage management system,traditional wage management always makes the financial workload greatly increased,which could cause not only a waste of time material resources,but also wage errors.Through enterprise wage management system,users can only input correct personal information,so they can enter the system,and then could operate and query information about their wages within the authority.The system can handle the work of the enterprise information while saving labor costs,in addition,is more stable and safer than traditional management.Recently,The scale of enterprises continue to expand.Due to many kinds of workers,how to deal with the complex wage management is an important issue that business facing.Based on this background,seen from system administrators and employees,this paper researches the enterprise employee wages management,and uses the object-oriented program design method design the salary management system,implements the wages setting and query management,as well as the enterprise employees' salary query.The main content of this article is divided into three parts;The first part elaborates the research background,management system and the research status of salary management,puts forward the system the research content and organizational structure;Analyzes the system architecture,decides to adopt B/S system model;Analyzes the working principle and basic characteristic of JSP ? Struts2 ? Spring ? Hibernate;Server2012 SQL database;From the technical level,economic level and operational level,analyzes the system feasibility;Describes the system function point;The second part,according to the system requirement analysis,based on B/S architecture,designs the salary management system overall architecture;system is divided into the view layer framework,controller layer framework,model framework,the four layers;System function includes the employee records management,basic information management,salary management and systems management four modules;Separately carries on the detailed design;Elaborates the system main physical properties,designs the data table;The third part,implements the main function modules;Analyzes the system test method,designs the system test cases.At present,this system has entered the stage of formal operation,from the current operating results and the status,salary management system meets the requirements of enterprise management and employees,achieves the intended target.At the same time,this system improves the employee's archives management efficiency,reduces the labor intensity,reduces the pressure of work,enhances the core competitiveness in the market,has the certain application value.
