Design And Implementation Of Salary Business Accounting System Based On Oracle E-Business-Suite

Along with Information Technology development, more and more companies aregoing to implement Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) System. Because of the differentbusiness flow among companies, we must do customized development duringimplementation. But there are many questions in the process of customized development,which lead to project schedule delayed and project cost increasing. Then, it is soimportant to summarize an effective process of customized development. The other point,most ERP system is not integrated with human resources management system (HRMS),and most salary business accounting is manual, so it is significant to realize salarybusiness accounting system.First of all, we analyzed the background of customized development in ERP projectand researched on customized development process based on oracle e-business suite. Forthe questions of customized development, we decided the scope of research and some keyproblems:1) the technology of oracle e-business suite;2) how to establish the rule ofcustomized development;3) how to manage the content of customized development;4)how to assure system validity;5) requirement analysis of salary business accountingsystem6) design and implementation of salary business accounting system.Based on these, we begin with the technology of oracle e-business suite to researchthe rule of development, the process of customized project management and the methodof assuring system validity. There are some key points: the rule of customized framework,the rule of development on database, the method of requirement and project schedulemanagement, and the method of assuring system validity based on risk.By analyzing the requirement of salary business accounting system, we design andrealize the salary business accounting system.After that, we followed the process of customized development to implement salary business accounting system. The process is approved more effective, and the cost ofproject is down. During the implementation, the process of customized development alsohas been improved.
