Design And Implement Of The Salary Accounting System For Temporary Workers Of Jilin Chemical Fiber Company Group Co., Ltd

This system is made according the requirement of Sichuan Tianzhu Company, which is a subsidiary of Jilin Chemical Fiber Group Co., Ltd. The logistics department is the main user. This system calculates the wage of temporary workers in Tianzhu Company.Jilin Chemical Fiber Group already has established a large management information system platform. This system has built as a subsystem of the old platform. Considering the old platform has a function part on authority controlling, so the salary calculating system did not established the same part. The system is engage to deal with particular business in special company, there is no common needs with anther one, at the same, it also do not have any relation with old system about the data.This system's purpose is calculating the temporary wage. The structure of temporary workers'wage is simple, but method of calculation is complicated. Using previous measures calculation for wages, the staff needed to face a lot of raw data and the computational process was complex. In order to reduce staff workload, avoid calculation errors and reach efficient productivity, this system adopts a new measure which used computer to calculate wage.The problem which is solved by this system is not a general problem, although the content of calculating wage is common, temporary works is a difficult and complex role. In general, we calculate the wage of temporary works at will. we could not find the similar system to get any reference, because there is no company to manage temporary worker like Jilin Chemical Fiber Sichuan Tianzhu Company.This system's structure is divided into three parts, basic data maintenance, entry &accounting and queries &reports. The basic maintenance data a fix date after recording. It is not generated at the term of work. The date be used in calculating wage, it is belong to computing rules and basic parameters. Entry and accounting are central function parts in this system, to achieve the wage calculations. Query and reports of this system were provided various methods to inquire and statistic for managers.This system was designed to adopt BS structure and developed with the Java programming language. This system does not include complex business, its central issue is to deal with complex computational problems. As it is only a subsystem, if any Web framework will be adopted, the system maybe felt bloated and affected the efficiency, so this system still using sophisticated way to build by JSP with JavaBean.From a practical point of view using the results of the system, it has achieved the expected goal, reduced the workload of staff, ensured accurate calculation and improved work efficiency. But there are obvious deficiencies in this system. Data inputting is still a cumbersome process. Compared on other similar software for calculation of wages, although the system has already solved the problem of temporary wage calculation, calculations with a specific targeted, making this system does not have the common. In practice, we are faced with a lot of similar problems, but because there is no universal solution, the next step we need to learn is about the rapid development of similar software.
