Design&Implementation Of College Employees Payroll Accounting System

Presently in most of the higher educational institutions, the faculty payrollaccounting, review and delivery still relies on manual work. This means not only heavyand error-prone workload for payroll staff, but also lags in response to the changes injob, title and concerning information (demission, etc.), which often result in eitherretroactive pay or payroll withholding. In most cases, payroll staff may become bothdistressed and less passionate to their job due to extra load of work.In this dissertation, by focusing the attention on the above mentioned situation, theauthor makes a detailed research on the payroll accounting module in the highereducational institutions from the perspectives of both theory and engineeringimplementation, through studying data mining technology, especially supervised dataclassification technology. The research goes as follows:An analysis on the payroll accounting system of Chengdu University, an exampleof the higher educational institutions, is carried out, which includes a description of theproblems and deficiency involved in the payroll accounting system, and a detailedexplanation of the reasons leading to them in the higher educational institutions.An introduction to the process flow and structure of the payroll accounting systemof Chengdu University is given, including an analysis of the possible problems of thesalary project custom and exploration on possible solutions.According to the specific needs of Chengdu University, payroll accounting systemdesign and realization of database fit for the wage system. In this paper I completedsystem development planning and design work, developed system libraries, tables,structures, and modules. The system will pay wages personnel commonly used, such asproject management, statistical summaries of operations organically into a whole. Thesystem completes the set_up module, the management module and the calculationmodule of the dynamic salary project management, and completes the correspondingbatch updating module and the query statistics module. At last, the system achieves themanagement objectives and be a better dynamic salary.Test results show that the proposed wage dynamic management of the project, as well as the equation editor program to effectively complete multiple wage content ofeasy management and high performance computing, with running speed, managementcharacteristic of convenience, practicality, can meet the needs of secondary colleges forpayroll accounting.
