At the moment, as the economy, science and technology increasingly rapid development,the demand for digital consumer attendant it is more urgent in the field of radio and television program production site and professional audio and video signal transmission?The studio is the source to record TV programs, then the quality of television equipment and high-quality video signal source is indispensable. The transmission of audio and video signals are based on the same platform, the video signal is transmitted, at the same time it also need an audio signal corresponding with the video synchronous transmission.The current domestic market already has bid farewell to Multi-device transmits audio and video signalsand, but the vast majority of products use some special audio and video chip to complete the integration of voice and video,this solution in terms of cost or resources are obviously extremely,at the same time it is not conducive for products upgrade and maintenance.For the problem described above, combined with SDI video fixed format that contains an internal digital auxiliary data regionand,this paper selects a kind of FPGA devices to process the audio information inside of SDI video information,complete embedded solutions and reverse inlay. Due to the different requirements needed in the studio and other places, we design two separate reciprocal system.There are three major parts of the designer, at the first stage is the video and audio input processing, Followed by that is the stage of processing embedding and de-embedding audio information, at last is the stage of video and audio output.The entire system is compatible with SD, HD, 3G video; Audio corresponding compatible analog and digital audio.The part of SDI video by National Semiconductor Corporation of LMH03 XX series chip, mainly to complete the video signal processing and enhanced video output driving capability.TI's PCM1808 audio and SSM2142, primarily related to the completion of the audio format conversion, audio differential input-output conversion.The core part of Xilinx's XC3S400 A as the core chip, mainly to complete audio embedding and extraction blank area in the video.After completion of the hardware system design,using verilog of the hardware language to develop the part of software,final results from the test can be seen that the present system is capable of synchronizing video and audio transmission,it couldreduce the PCB area to a certain degree,and the system maintenance can be carried out later by the basis of audio and video standards, it has enhanced the inherent flexibility of the system greatly, the end results have been achieve the desired objectives and requirements.
