The transition from Chinese manufacturing industry to intelligent manufacturing is based on the integration of informatization and industrialization,the aircraft manufacturing industry is the high-end equipment manufacturing industry and should be driven by the innovation and development of the manufacturing industry.The aircraft assembly is an important part of the aircraft intelligent manufacturing,especially the assembly of large aircraft components and aircraft assembly are use of the pulse assembly line.Based on the research of the aircraft pulse assembly line,this paper make a deep research on the balance of aircraft pulse assembly line,through the research on the foreign pulse assembly line,summed up the aircraft assembly pulse assembly line construction process,and establish a genetic algorithm for the balance of aircraft pulse assembly line.Through an example,using simulation model to solve a civil aircraft assembly line,verify the validity and feasibility of the proposed method.Based on the characteristics of the aircraft pulse assembly line,this paper analyzes the difficulties and significance of pulse assembly line balancing problems,and from the process design method to explain aircraft pulse assembly line,then aims at the pulse assembly line balancing problems,it establishes the mathematical model and study on solution method.Taking account of the pulse assembly line balancing problem,it establishes the aircraft pulse assembly line balancing problem,the improved solution framework based on genetic algorithm is proposed in this paper.Based on genetic algorithm,considering the constraint of the process of assembly sequence and team skills,with the goal of the minimum number of teams and the best team task balance,it establishes the pulse assembly line balance mathematical model which use of the genetic algorithm,and then use of Matlab software to solve the problem.Finally,with taking a civil aircraft wing assembly line as an example,based on the characteristics of the assembly line and the improved genetic algorithm,it establishes the corresponding solving model,and gives the corresponding installation scheme.The test results demonstrate that the proposed framework is reasonable and effective.Through the verification of the case,it proves that the improved genetic algorithm provides an efficient way to solve the problem.Furthermore,it also provides the basis for further solving algorithm of assembly line balance of other types and theoretical guidance for aircraft assembly site management and control.
