Assembly line has been widely used in the manufacturing industry of our country currently,and line balancing directly effects on productivity and efficiency.Therefore, the enterprises has to solve the same problem on the assembly line of the pre-design and post-production process:product line balancing. Theory and practice are combined in this thesis.With the principle of work study techniques and mathematical modeling,I optimized he integration LCD line,in the end, achieved the goal:improve production line balancing rate, reduce production cycle and improve the quantity.With the consideration of the product’s feature,this thesis improve and optimize the existing production line,and propose the solutions. First of all, the paper elaborates the industrial engineering theory and the related theory of production line and evaluation index. Second,analyzing the crafts process and production process with observing and collecting data of the LCD line in the C enterprise. And then, using scientific work measurement methods to calculate the standard time of each process. Finally, establishing the0-1programming model about the two categories with the help of software Lingo to optimize the line.So that,comparing the indicators before and after to analyze the improvement.In this paper,the study is based on industrial engineering and mathematical model.Using the IE theory,formulating standard time, optimizing assembly line and improving management to solve the balancing problem.It is practical significant to mix IE theory and0-1programming model to optimizate the product line comprehensively.
