In industrial production,the temperature measurement is essential,especially in petroleum,chemical,electric power,metallurgy and other industries,the temperature transmitter as a key component of temperature detection,has been widely used in these industries.The traditional working mode of the temperature transmitter is to convert the temperature into the electrical signal through the special temperature sensor,and then the signal is transformed into the standard industrial signal of the 4-20 mA to be transmitted to the user.Currently,the temperature data in transmission basically relies on wire transmission,which makes the temperature measurement system have the disadvantages of high cost,poor mobility and layout difficulties,especially in some unsuitable for wiring occasions,such as the need to rotate and move the temperature detection and bad environment which limits the application of traditional wired temperature transmitter.With the development of modern electronic technology and communication technology,wireless sensor network technology has become one of the key research topic in the field of process control,at the same time wireless temperature detection temperature measuring instrument is the future direction of development.Aiming at the shortcomings of the existing wired measurement system,a wireless temperature transmitter measurement system based on SimpliciTI wireless network communication technology is proposed.The system can be divided into four parts wireless temperature transmitter,data center,master and host computer monitoring software,wireless temperature transmitter and data center communicate through the SimpliciTI wireless network communication protocol,wireless Temperature transmitter and data center are designed by low-power wireless microcontroller CC1110,the wireless transmitter is mainly responsible for collecting the detection point of the temperature data and the voltage of the power supply battery information and then send data through the wireless network to the data center;data center is the core of the whole network.,it is responsible for the formation of network to ensure wireless data communications,but also responsible for sending data through the RS-485 bus to the master.The main controller uses STM32F103 microcontroller as the control core,which uses ?C/OS-II as operating system and uses LCD touch screen as a system of human-computer interaction equipment.It is responsible for receiving data information from data display center and upload data to host computer through RS-485 bus.The monitoring software is mainly designed by the LabVIEW software,which mainly includes data communication,data analysis,real-time display alarm,data storage and so on.Finally,the function of wireless temperature transmitter system is tested in detail.The test results shows that the system has perfect function,stable operation,good human-computer interaction,low power consumption and has practical application value.
