Developing the Wireless Sensor Network(WSN)technology has become the strategic target of our country,and the related industries are supported with large-scale assistance from the government.As the common working frequency band of wireless sensor data acquisition network within china,433 MHz is broadly applied in meter industry.But the large of energy consumption and the complex network designer as well as the fragile anti-interference ability limit its wide application range.The design of the wireless data acquisition system is mainly based on the CC1110 wireless transceiver module and the SimpliciTI protocol.CC1110 is a radio frequency chip with high performance price ratio.Hardware circuit and PCB board are completed,including the design of power management module,JTAG debug circuit,LED circuit and the optimized RF circuit.And the whole PCB board is divided into two parts,the core board and the base board.After the detailed analysis of the circuit above,the communication quality is tested through the SmartRF studio.Some important parameters,such as the effective communication distance under a given input power,the data packet loss rate under the same transmit power by different communicational distance,are gained from the experiments,showing the good properties of the board.And the actual test for the different work mode is proved to meet the requirement of low power consumption.Secondly,a cluster network structure is proposed based on the characteristics of SimpliciTI protocol.In this structure,different nodes download different programs,terminal device realizes the data acquisition and transmission,range extend device is responsible for the data forwarding,the data center receive the data and send it to the supervision center.In order to reduce the system power consumption,Sleep-Wake work mode is adopted in the WSN.The system designed above can be applied in room temperature acquisition of certain community in winter.And node placement and route planning are appropriately completed according to the special application environment.The temperature information is acquired by the terminal device,which is also responsible for sending the temperature data to the route node or the data center.Finally the temperature data is displayed and stored on the supervision center.In addition,the supervision center can check the household information and realize the historical temperature data query and other functions.It can be said that the system provides the integrated service including the terminal acquisition,route planning and data monitoring,database service.
