Wireless sensor network (WSN) industry has become an inFormation networktechnique with the most strategic significance and development prospect.433MHz isthe key factor of the implementation of WSN, and is widely used in wireless sensornetworks. Currently, due to the complexity of wireless sensor networks, high powerconsumption, short battery life and other shortcomings, the widespread application ofWSN has a lot of restrictions. The thesis is mainly targeted at nodes in the WSN,using CC430F5137which is produced by TI company.Firstly, the hardware circuit and PCB of nodes in wireless sensor network aredesigned, and this hardware circuit includes power management module, JTAGinterface circuit, sensor interface, LED and RF circuits and so on. Through detailedanalysis and tests of circuit, we not only get good RF parameters, but also achieve thepurpose of low power consumption demand of nodes. Secondly, in order to obtainhigher output transmit power and further distance, a PA (Power Amplifier) which canbe selectively turned on and totally turned off in the circuit is designed. And then, thenetwork structure of system based on SimpliciTI and software processes of nodes andaccess point are proposed. At last, after series of tests of RF and transmission distance,it can be concluded that the transmission distance and power consumption of nodesmeet the requirement of wireless sensor networks in irrigation.The system uses a CPU(Central Processing Unit) communication control unit toachieve data collection and transmission and other functions, greatly reducing systemcost. Agronomic irrigation system used in line with the collection and communicationsystems, significantly reducing the power consumption of the wireless sensing unitmakes it possible that our wireless sensing devices can use an ordinarylithium-powered to work for years. This system is mainly for comprehensivemonitoring, with supplemented reduce investment, economic and reliable operation ofsecurity systems, and can accurately calculate the amount of water in irrigation. Thisenables monitoring, scheduling, forecasting, billing, network management andmaintenance of integrated management in one system.
