Research On Public Library Service System With The View Of Urban-rural Integration

Public library service system is an important part of the public cultural service system.In recent years,the majority of people have a strong expectation for more,better and more equitable cultural services.Based on their urgent requirement,many scholars have studied public library service system and gained abundant research achievement.But,generally speaking,the research with the view of urban and rural integration is still relatively weak.Therefore,it is valuable to conduct a more systematic and in-depth research on the issue of public library service system in the perspective of urban and rural integration.In addition,in recent years,Shanghai,Hangzhou,Shenzhen,Jiaxing,Chengduand other cities in China have formed their own patterns of public library service system.Ningbo city,based on its reality,has made its own exploration on construction of public library service system.However,at present,there is no systematic research and discussion on the public library service system in Ningbo.Nor is there specific research on the experience and problems about the practice in Ningbo area.Therefore,this paper tries to summarize the practice of Ningbo area and propose measures to improve the public library service system,so as to help improve the construction and development of public library service system in Ningbo and other cities in China.This thesis discusses the issue of public library service system with the view of urban and rural integration in five parts.The first part reviews the relevant concepts and theories and discusses the definition of urban and rural integration and public library service system and the applicability of these theories.The second part introduces the practice and the effect of the public library service system in Ningbo.The third part puts forward the problems and reasons of public library service system in Ningbo.The fourth part summarizes practice of public library service system in other cities of China and abroad,and analyzes their experience with the view of urban and rural integration.The fifth part,according to the experience of domestic and foreign public library service system and the practice in Ningbo area,puts forward the countermeasures to improve the public library service system with the view of urban and rural integration.
