Design And Implementation Of Data Communication Server Supporting Spatial Information

In recent years,with the rapid development of Internet of Things technology and sensor technology,the original sensor data in tabular form is not very intuitive of the monitoring effect to the observer.The combination of Internet of Things and Geographic Information System(GIS)technology enables sensor data to be displayed on the map.However,in the current systems,there are still some problems in the map display and real-time data transmission.In the traditional GIS system,the client(the Web client or the mobile client)takes the historical spatial data as the core,then uses the rendering technology to display the information about the state of the thing in the past.Therefore,the ability to receive and process real-time data is insufficient in the traditional GIS system.In view of the above problems,this paper designs and implements a data communication server used in GIS system.The data communication server adopts the custom data communication protocol which supports the spatial information and implements a hybrid communication model so that the remote sensing devices can adopt the flexible communication method to transmit the data.Finally the data communication server realizes the online management of the remote sensing devices and displays the real-time data on the map in time.This system improves the real-time performance of display sensor data on the map.This article uses the SSH framework to develop a server application,and then deployed in the Tomcat server.The test results show that the data communication protocol can support both spatial data and attribute data,and the format is flexible which has good scalability.The data communication server has a short response time,which can realize real-time display of sensor data on the map in GIS system.The data communication server has a concurrent connection capability,it can make better use of the GIS system in the increasingly large scale.
