In our country, with the development of Smart Power Grids and electricity demand rapid growth, Electric Data Acquisition System ushered in the big opportunities for development. Meanwhile the Communication Control System of Electric Data Acquisition System faced many kinds of new problems and new challenges. First, increase of the power supply network coverage and data acquisition coverage will inevitably lead to the explosive growth of power supply site's count. And then, increase of capacity and flow of communication will inevitably lead the performance of the Communication Control System to face more pressure. In order to adapt to the requirements called "Great Centralization", scattered acquisition systems have been pushed to integration into a high-level unified system. On the one hand, these further intensified the pressure which Communication Control System faced. On the other hand, these also brought compatibility problems. That is how to support different communication protocols in the same acquisition system. In addition, systems integration and expansion of scale also requires Communication Control System has the ability to support multi-channel management. These problems need to be solved urgently. This paper focuses on above problems and their solutions, and discusses the design of Communication Control System. Meanwhile, this paper also introduced and applied some technologies like Apache MINA, XML and etc. At last, this paper described verifying test and practical application. Through these, achievements of this paper have been proved.
