Production control is the direct reflection of controlling production costs. It is of great significance for most enterprises to having effective monitoring system in production.The system is based on production safety, production efficiency and raises the level of production management, the proposed on-site production of a set of real-time monitoring system. The principle is using Measuring Sensor to collect the production data on site and pass it to the control center through optical isolation and industrial communication network .so as to achieve the production of statistical data, real-time display of real-time data, statistics show that the data storage and data transmission, and so on.The modular system design, including data collection, data transmission, data processing, data retention and data showed, these several parts of the scene can carry out the production of real-time monitoring and analysis of the statistics, at the same time, it also can provide direct results to the other departments directly.Due to the development of this system has the actual value in the field of industrial production, therefore, in the paper, we analysis the whole project needs and the development of ideas firstly. And then present the target system, technical design requirements.Secondly, detailed data collection, data, communications systems, anti-interference, control the storage subsystem design, selection of devices and related circuit design, software design and so on.Thirdly, expanding on the monitoring center on the control circuit design and analysis the selection of devices, and discuss the minds on related programming, in the code design, the main program code we propose is exactly associated with the test at the scene, which has been operated normally.Finally, it is the introduction of the system's overall performance.
