Nowadays,with the development of science and technology,more and more companies have begun to build intelligent production lines to cope with the increasingly fierce market competition.Under the background of the rise of intelligent manufacturing in the world and the upgrading of domestic industries,the supervision and analysis requirements of production equipment become higher and higher.In terms of electronic component production lines,with the increase in the number of production equipment and the diversification of production equipment types,production line managers cannot understand the equipment and its operating conditions in real time.Based on this,this article mainly fo cuses on the three aspects of real-time display of the operation status of the production equipment of the electronic component production line,equipment early warning analysis and equipment fault diagnosis,to carry out the research on the intelligent supervision and analysis system of the electronic components production line.(1)Real-time display of the operation status of the production equipment.By constructing the device data analysis dashboard,it can conduct real-time visual analysis on different kinds of telemetry data,and support the query of the device historical state data and the filtering analysis of the device state data.Digital,analog,chart and card charts can be selected from the dashboard for visual analysis.(2)Equipment early warning analysis.By setting a threshold value for the equipment running state data,the real-time judgment of whether the equipment running state data is within the range of the threshold value is made to realize the real-time warning analysis of the equipment state.(3)Equipment fault diagnosis.The equipment fault diagnosis is mainly aimed at the fault diagnosis of the electrical equipment in the electronic component production line,and the fault diagnosis of the motor is performed through the running state data generated by the motor in real time.There are mainly 7 types of motor faults,and this system uses two fault diagnosis methods to solve 5 of them.Firstly,a CVFDT stream data classification model is constructed to diagnose motor bearing faults.Then through the threshold judgment method,real-time diagnosis of stator faults,demagnetization faults,rotor inter-turn faults and rotor bar break faults are performed.The electronic component production line intelligent supervision and analysis system is applied to the twist needle connector production line to verify the effectiveness and practicability of the system.After practical verification,the electronic component production line intelligent supervision and analysis system meets the supervision and analysis requirements of the electronic component production line.It can understand the operation of the production line in real time,discover the abnormal state of the equipment in time,and meet the enterprise's requirements for real-time processing,analysis and display of production equipment data.
