With the rapid development of China's economy,people's consumption level continues to increase,and the demand for cold chain products such as vegetables,aquatic products,dairy products,etc.has greatly increased.At the same time,people's needs have become more diversified and personalized.This has promoted the rapid rise of the cold chain logistics industry,but it still has problems such as high distribution costs,low load rates,and low customer satisfaction.Therefore,how to plan economically reasonable cold chain logistics under the premise of fully considering the different needs of customers Distribution route is an urgent problem to be solved.Based on the background of cold chain logistics,this paper studies the optimization problem of multi-objective cold chain logistics distribution path considering dynamic demand.Firstly,based on the research status of cold chain vehicle routing problems and dynamic,multi-target vehicle routing problems at home and abroad,the research content of this paper is proposed.Secondly,the concept,characteristics and flow of cold chain logistics are expounded.The components,classification and solution algorithms of the vehicle routing problem are analyzed,which lays a theoretical foundation for the construction of the model and the design of the algorithm.Thirdly,according to the characteristics of cold chain logistics,a comprehensive analysis of the components of the total cost of cold chain logistics distribution,including fixed costs,transportation costs,refrigeration costs,cargo damage costs and penalty costs,constructs a customer satisfaction function,and optimizes two stages were carried out,namely the initial distribution route planning stage and the route adjustment and optimization stage under dynamic demand,and the distribution route optimization model was constructed by taking the overall customer satisfaction as the minimum and the total distribution cost as the objective function.The goal problem is to propose a dynamic information processing method and a dynamic path update method for dynamic needs.Then,based on the model constructed in this paper and the characteristics of cold chain logistics,a genetic algorithm and an insertion algorithm are designed.Finally,the actual operation data of a cold chain distribution center of a dairy product company in Nanjing was selected for analysis,and the multi-objective cold chain logistics distribution path optimization model and algorithm constructed in this paper were used to solve and obtain different overall customer satisfaction conditions.Under the optimal distribution plan,and the initial distribution path is optimized and adjusted according to different customer dynamic needs,a locally optimized distribution plan is obtained,which verifies the rationality of the model and the effectiveness of the algorithm.The model and algorithm proposed in this paper can provide a reasonable and effective distribution plan for cold chain distribution enterprises,which has certain practical significance and application value for reducing the total cost of enterprise distribution,improving customer satisfaction,and establishing a good corporate image.
