Study On The Spread And Control Of Epidemic-situation Internet Rumors

The epidemic event,as a public health event,is a kind of typical sudden public events,which has the characteristics of wide spread,destruction,difficulties to be predicted and controlled.Its emergence and development are not only related to the vital interests of each person,but also related to the stability of society.Once the outbreak easily touch the sensitive nerve of society,it will lead to the serious consequences.Epidemic event brings the opportunity to be spread rumors,rumors often use social public attention and public panic on epidemic situation to confuse the society and the public,and to achieve a certain purpose by various means and ways to spread rumors.The emergence of network technology has brought convenience to make up and spread rumors of epidemic situation.Virtual network technology that has a sense of presence,anonymity and convenience,is easy to confuse people on rumors creation,copy and paste,sharing and forwarding,questioning or approbation,which will push people to the center of the issue of social rumor.Because of Internet rumors spreading fast,spreading wide,and the spread of content by multi-level transformation is much more vivid.If improperly handled,it can easily lead to social panic,and affect social stability and economic development.Therefore,to study on the causes and characteristics about the epidemic situation spread rumors and to explore the coping strategies,are beneficial to intercept the spread of rumors from the source,to prevent network rumors from becoming the second disaster in emergency,to purify the Internet environment,to stabilize the people and safeguard the normal order of the society.The current research achievements on China's epidemic situation rumors is least.Based on the H7N9 epidemic and the SB250 epidemic as samples,through quantitative and qualitative analysis by the scope of the epidemic situation,communication channel and communication contents,we will explore on the spread of rumors features and influence under the network environment,and put forward some suggestions on the governance of the epidemic situation internet rumors.The main content of this paper is divided into four parts.In the first part,starting from the concept of internet rumors,explain the definition,characteristics and classification of epidemic situation internet rumors.The second part: Based on the "H7N9 influenza epidemic" and "SB250 infectiousvirus" as samples that were an official denial of internet rumors,analyze the characteristics of the epidemic situation internet rumors in terms of the release time,region,release the way and the content of preference,rumor monger,etc.The third part: Based on the analysis of Allport's theory,we have created a new model for the generation of epidemic situation internet rumors,and analyzed the adverse effects caused by the epidemic situation internet rumors on the network environment,society and government.The fourth part: In the three aspects of the network media,the government and the Internet users,governance measures on the epidemic situation internet rumors are proposed.
