At present,faced with profound changes of the international industry,the depth integration of information technology and manufacturing promote the national structural adjustment and upgrading of manufacturing.Based on the general trend of international industrial change,the "Made in China 2025" program of action to promote the quality and level of China's manufacturing industry has promoted the deepening of the industrialization and informationization of the national manufacturing industry,so as to enhance the national manufacturing level.With the breakthrough point of the "Wisdom Factory",the study analyzes the research status and shortcomings of current MES and workshop scheduling algorithm.Combining with the characteristics of precision stamping industry,this paper puts forward a set of MES system for precision stamping industry with the design of mixed particle group shop scheduling algorithm as the core.The main contents of the study include:1.The study deeply analyzes the characteristics of precision stamping industry workshop scheduling,and then expresses production performance indicators and production constraint condition of precision stamping workshop schedul ing problem with mathematical formula.Finally,the mathematical model corresponding to the actual production of precision stamping industry is constructed.2.Based on the advantages of genetic algorithm coding and particle swarm optimization(PSO)in solving constrained optimization problems,an improved hybrid particle optimization algorithm is designed;The method of chromatic coding is used to discretize the particles,and the method of segment coding is adopted,which makes the coding process of the particles take into account the load balance problem of the machine,so as to solve the multi-objective optimization problem;Based on the coding characteristics,the crossover operator is uniformly crossed and the order cross is repeated to update the multi-chromosome of the particle;The local search mechanism is added to enhance the ability of the algorithm to jump out of the local optimal.A range-based stochastic weight relative weighting method is designed to realize the construction of the fitness function for solving the multi-objective optimization problem.3.A series of tests were conducted on the effectiveness of the proposed algorithm and its effectiveness in solving the actual production problem.The algorithm simulation experiment of nine standard workshop scheduling problems designed by Brandimarte is carried out to verify the superiority and stability of the designed algorithm.At the same time,the practical example is used to verify the effectiveness of solving the problem of actual precision stamping shop scheduling.4.In close connection with the production characteristics of precision stam ping enterprises and the degree of information,with reference to the national information standards,this paper designed a set of adaptable to the current needs of diversified users,can quickly respond to market changes in precision stamping industry MES.Among them,the system function hierarchy,system function,system function architecture,overall business process and hardware architecture of MES are described in detail.And the implementation of the main function modules of the system such as planning and scheduling module,process monitoring module and quality management module is introduced in detail.The innovation of this paper is the mathematical model of precision stamping workshop scheduling based on the actual production characteristics of precision stamping industry.The whole process of top-down algorithm,including individual coding and decoding,population initialization,updating method and fitness function,is carried out comprehensively.The algorithm is used to solve the discrete scheduling problem of precision stamping workshop.
