With the continuous progress of social productivity,the development of social economy has been promoted,which has stimulated manufacturers to form higher requirements and expectations for workshop production efficiency.How to use a good workshop scheduling program to produce quality in a shorter time Better products have become the most concern of every manufacturer.Because there are a lot of interference factors in the workshop that will affect the entire production process,such as equipment conditions,number of workpieces,and the type of workshop,each of these factors may be It plays a vital role in the optimization of production scheduling.In addition,there are certain differences in the needs and optimization goals of different companies.There are many types of workshop optimization goals: including maximum completion time,delivery delay time,and cost issues.Therefore,it is necessary to use the above to build a workshop model,and select a suitable intelligent optimization algorithm to solve the model to obtain a suitable workshop scheduling scheme,so as to effectively improve production efficiency and achieve workshop scheduling optimization.In response to the above-mentioned problems,this article will rely on the provincial major special project "Research on the Key Technology of Enterprise Network Collaborative Manufacturing Based on the Whole Process of Supply Chain Traceability,that is,Application Demonstration Project",for the XX company's pet food production workshop,collect workshop information and workshop production process Carry out numerical processing and establish a workshop model.Select the multi-objective grasshopper algorithm and make appropriate improvements to the algorithm,and use the algorithm to solve the established workshop model.The research contents of this article are as follows:(1)According to the workshop type analysis of the pet food workshop of XX Company,establish the workshop type;and select multiple workshop optimization performance indicators and corresponding constraints according to the workshop type,and establish a multi-objective workshop model model.(2)Select the multi-objective grasshopper optimization algorithm as the optimization algorithm in this paper,and use the curve adaptation to improve the lack of convergence accuracy and easy to fall into the problem of local optimization.The improved multi-object grasshopper algorithm is used for the Solve the multi-objective workshop model to get the workshop scheduling plan.(3)Design and implementation of the pet food intelligent scheduling system based on the grasshopper algorithm.This article uses Java language and Sql Server database to design and develop a pet food intelligent scheduling system based on grasshopper algorithm.The system provides suitable scheduling solutions for enterprise users,and truly realizes intelligent scheduling.
