Workshop layout problem has always been a hot research direction of industrial engineering specialty,but also all kinds of manufacturing enterprises have been needed to face and solve the problem.For manufacturing enterprises,how to reduce production cost and enhance enterprise competitiveness through reasonable,effective and scientific job shop layout in the background of large change of market demand,faster product update frequency and increasing customer customization demand is a very important problem to be solved.However,many manufacturing enterprises still pay less attention to the related improvement of workshop layout,and the current research on the layout of production workshop facilities,mostly for the layout of small-scale equipment or the same area of each operating facility.There is insufficient research on the large-scale operation unit layout and the different area required for each operation unit.Therefore,this paper aims at R company packaging test workshop as the research object,according to its current layout of the analysis and research.Firstly,this paper analyzes the present situation of the layout of R Company's packaging test workshop,summarizes the advantages and disadvantages of the current shop floor layout,and provides direction for the establishment of subsequent optimization objectives and mathematical models.The same working unit appearing in the current workshop layout is corrected in the workshop and the corresponding operating unit area is calculated,which provides data for the subsequent algorithm.Secondly,in view of the basic bat algorithm in dealing with high dimensional multi-peak problem,it is easy to fall into the local extremum,search accuracy is not high.This paper presents an improved hybrid bat algorithm,improves the speed,position update formula and domain search formula in the basic Bat algorithm,strengthens the global search ability and local search ability of the algorithm through packet architecture,and verifies the effectiveness of the improved hybrid Bat algorithm through multiple sets of test functions.Finally,the mathematical model aimed at minimizing the handling cost and maximizing the utilization rate of the used area is established for the R company packaging Test Workshop,and the improved hybrid bat algorithm is discretized and modified according to the actual layout requirements of the workshop to ensure the effective operation of the algorithm.On the basis of the calculation results of the algorithm,two improvements are made according to the relevant requirements of R company,and the improved layout has been improved obviously compared with the existing layout.
