Today's we-media,like the development of the internet economy as the status quo,become more and more real.The rapid development of the Internet has reduced the communication costs,and with the rise of the major network platform,a hundred we-media of thought contend,flourishing.The we-media community is growing dramatically at the same time,not only forming a unique community culture,but also has great commercial value.Nevertheless,with the explosive growth after a year or so,we-media's development is deadlocked.A large number of fans has lost,and the internet influencer can not guarantee continuous production of high quality content,what's more,the advertising-based profit model is not sustainable.Internet influencers,with their inherent likable personalities,can easily transform their large followings to communities,so they should seize the opportunity,consciously looking for core users,then get the ability to achieve continuous production content and the business realization from the communities.Using the theory of focus communication as the theoretical basis,this paper takes channel-Wu's community as the specific and typical research object,and studies it in three phases of early,medium and late.In order to build a community,the author suggests that the internet influencer should attract users by quality content,cohere users with community value and culture,connect the users by online and offline interaction.And finally build a model of we-media community formation.Meanwhile,the author points out that,through the development of community economy,we-media can gain appreciation,and further establish the community internal ecosystem,by servicing the needs of community members.For profit,Channel Wu tries to develop community economy by knowledge brand competing and letting involved in production.Actually,developing community economy helps to build a better community.
