Study On Service System And Its Usability Of Mobile Library

With the rapid development of the Internet,the physical library has been unable to keep up with the pace of the rich mass spiritual culture.Library is not so significant as before in the role of the main position of information resource service.The mobile library has become the main way of communication to conduct information service.For the love of the mobile device users,Mobile libraries have become their primary choice for accessing library services in fragmented times.With the development of mobile library,the demand of mobile library is higher and higher.Today,the development of mobile library service not only needs the support of perfect rich content,excellent technology,but also need to have a mobile service model that is appropriate for most users.To reveal the development process and existing problems of mobile library service system in China,this paper uses the methods of literature investigation,network investigation and comparative analysis to analyze and study the University mobile library which includes 23 public mobile libraries,22 University mobile libraries and 39 domestic university mobile libraries.The network survey consists of two parts: the first part is the mobile service model,developers and support system platform of mobile libraries both at home and abroad.Two is the service content,service technology and service model of the mobile library service system,the second part is Service content,service technology and service model of mobile library service system.The investigation found that most of the mobile library products used by foreign libraries are developed by Boopise company and Bibliocommons company.The representative mobile library of the domestic are superstar mobile library,mobile library,student palm Huiwen Library.There are some differences in service content,service technology and service mode of mobile library service system both at home and abroad.The superstar mobile library is widely used in China,to reveal problems of the superstar mobile library,to provide suggestions for improvement and upgrade of the WAP website of the superstar Mobile Library and the APP of the superstar Mobile Library.The WAP website of the superstar Mobile Library and the APP of the superstar Mobile Library.as object of research,literature investigation method,field usability test,interview method,questionnaire survey method and task card method are used in the study which involves usability,efficiency,effectiveness and satisfaction.The author invites 12 students in Chongqing University to participate in the usability test,questionnaire survey and interview method for the usability study.The test content involves library search,article search,bibliographic search,video search and other library services,a total of 21 test tasks.The questionnaire survey includes two parts: the basic information collection of test users before the test and the satisfaction questionnaire after the test.Finally,based on the above research and analysis,this article put forward improvement strategies.
