Library consulting services revolve around library resources and services,the main role of it is guiding readers to use consulting services to solve the reader in the use of library resources and services encountered problems,through the service allows readers to more efficient use of books Museum.In the trend of Internet socialization,localization and mobile,the challenge of consulting service is to challenge the diversification of reference source,enlargement of service object and complexity of service contents.The main purpose of this paper is to study how to use mobile platform to provide readers with convenience Frequently Asked QuestionsFirst of all,this paper reviews the development process of library consulting service and analyzes the related concepts of consulting,and combs the research results of library mobile service both at home and abroad,and summarizes the current research on mobile consulting service both at home and abroad status quo.Secondly,the”211 Project" university library and the provincial public library consulting service status of the network survey,116 "211 Project" University Library provides a total of 409 kinds of consulting,traditional consulting services,virtual consulting services,mobile consulting The difference in the overall service is small,but the difference between the specific types of consultation is relatively large.The 32 provincial public libraries provide 81 consultation methods,and the "211 Project"university library and microblogging consultation service are prominent.The survey found that the current advisory services in the existence of consulting platform behind the poor coordination between the service sector,it is difficult to meet the requirements of generic services and other aspects of the problem.In addition,the contents of the question and answer service database are analyzed,which mainly includes two historical records of the "Student Consultation Desk" of Nanjing Agricultural University Library and "Online Joint Knowledge Navigation Station of Nanjing Library".Through analysis,Student consultation desk "or" online joint knowledge navigation station "there are business class common problems account for the largest proportion of all consulting issues,so do a good job on the business class FAQ is very important.Based on the analysis results,this paper discusses the feasibility of the micro-letter self-help question answering system with the historical record of the library of Nanjing Agricultural University.Finally,through the investigation and analysis of the management needs of readers,librarians and libraries,we try to build a mobile consultings system which depends on WeChat to meet the needs of readers,librarians and library managers for mobile consulting services.WeChat as a typical representative of the mobile social platform,in the reader's popularity is high,and WeChat with a wide network coverage,service content,API interface is more open and many other advantages,in the majority of developers have a higher degree of recognition,the library In the WeChat platform to carry out mobile consulting services have certain advantages,so in the construction of mobile consulting system,this paper selected WeChat as a system development platform.For the design and implementation of the WeChat self-help question and answer system,firstly,based on the data of the Nanjing Agricultural University Library's student consultation desk,the original data can meet the needs of the FAQ database.Secondly,on the basis of Lucene's full-text retrieval architecture,the user feedback and database update function are designed based on the full-text search of the FAQ database,and try to improve the system's ability to solve the problem.In addition,the development of the system and WeChat public background docking,to complete the WeChat self-help Q&A system development.Finally,through the evaluation of the comprehensiveness and consistency of the WeChat self-help question answering system,the system can basically meet the reader's request.The advantages of the system is simple and quick,the reader's advice is no longer limited to a certain location,not limited to fixed hardware devices,as long as the ability to log WeChat mobile devices will be able to complete the consultation.But the WeChat Q&A system there is still need to improve the place,the system can not be fully intelligent,but also need to rely on the question bank,the reader satisfaction with the database and whether there is a strong relationship.
